Zuiho-in 瑞峯院

Zuiho-in is a Zen temple located within the Daitoku-ji complex, north of Kyoto. It features a large stone garden, created in 1961 by Shigemori Mirei, which includes rocks arranged in a cross shape. This arrangement refers to the Christian faith of Otomo, a 16th-century military leader and former owner of the temple.
