Shoden-ji Temple 勝得寺

Shoden-ji is a small Zen Buddhist temple located on a hill in northern Kyoto. The temple features a dry garden, created by Mirei Shigemori, which incorporates the surrounding landscape, including Mount Hiei. Inside the single pavilion, there is a drawing of Buddha and a ceiling salvaged from Fushimi Castle.
