Shōren-in 青蓮院

Shōrenin Temple, located in Kyoto's Higashiyama district, is a Tendai Buddhist monzeki temple. It is known for its four gardens, including the Ryushin-chi pond garden and a moss garden. The temple grounds also feature 800-year-old camphor trees.
