Yamadera (Hojusan Risshakuji) 山寺宝珠山立石寺

Hojuzan Risshaku-ji Temple, also known as Yamadera, was established in 860 AD. The Konpon Chudo hall is an Important Cultural Property. There are 1015 steps leading to the Okuno-in area, where the Great Buddha Hall is located.
