Nikkō Tōshō-gū is a Shinto shrine in Japan's Tochigi Prefecture. It was built in 1617 and is dedicated to Tokugawa Ieyasu, the founder of the Tokugawa shogunate. The shrine includes 42 structures, with five designated as National Treasures of Japan.
