Nijubashi Bridge

The Nijubashi Bridge is located in front of the Imperial Palace main gate. It was originally a wooden bridge built during the Edo Period and was known as Nishinomaru Gejobashi. The bridge became an iron bridge in 1888 and was repaired in 1964.
