Hoheikan 豊平館

The Hoheikan is a historic building that was originally a Western-style hotel constructed in 1880. It was moved to Nakajima Park in 1958 and was designated as an Important Cultural Property in 1964. Visitors can see the suite where Emperor Meiji stayed in 1881.
