The Tomb of Amamichu is a sacred site on Hamahiga Island. It is believed to enshrine Amamikiyo and Shinerikiyo, figures from the Ryukyuan creation myth. The tomb is situated in a cave on a small islet named Amanji, accessible by a concrete path from Hamahiga Island.
