Kaichu Road (Ocean Road / Mid-Sea Road) 海中道路

The Mid-Sea Road is a 4.7-kilometer road in Uruma, Okinawa, Japan. It connects the Katsuren Peninsula with Henza Island, Miyagi Island, Ikei Island, and Hamahiga Island. Gulf Oil funded the road's construction, which began in May 1971 and was completed in April 1972.
