National Peace Memorial Hall for the Atomic Bomb Victims 国立長崎原爆死没者追悼平和祈念館

The Nagasaki National Peace Memorial Hall for the Atomic Bomb Victims was built to preserve the memory of those who died in the atomic bombings and to promote lasting peace. The hall also collects and shares information about radiation exposure and promotes international cooperation. Construction of the facility began in November 2000 and was completed in December 2002, with the hall opening in July 2003.
