Kengamine is the main peak of Mt. Norikura, which is located at the southern edge of the Northern Japanese Alps. A shrine with a torii gate is at the top of the mountain. From the summit, a crater lake is visible, and on clear days, there are views of Mt. Fuji, Mt. Ontake, and the Northern Japanese Alps.
