Jomyo-ji Temple 浄妙寺

Jōmyō-ji is a Zen Buddhist temple in Kamakura, Japan. It was founded in 1188 as a Mikkyō temple named Gokuraku-ji by priest Taikō Gyōyū. The temple later changed its denomination to Rinzai and its name to Jōmyō-ji, likely between 1257 and 1288.
