Hakodate Magistrate's Office (Bugyōsho) 箱館奉行所

The Hakodate Magistrate's Office was rebuilt on its original site after being dismantled just seven years after its construction. The reconstruction project, which aimed to restore the office to its state at the time of its building, took over two decades. The current building represents one-third of the original structure, covering an area of 1,000 square meters.
