Former Kyushu University Hakozaki Campus Site 九州大学箱崎キャンパス跡地

The former Kyushu University Hakozaki campus, established in 1911, is undergoing redevelopment. A consortium led by Sumitomo Corporation is transforming the 50-hectare site into a smart city. The project includes zones for research, retail, healthcare, residential areas, and an international school, with construction planned from 2028 to 2036.
