清水寺 Kiyomizu-dera

清水寺是京都一座著名的寺院,於780年在Otowa Waterfall旁建立。該寺以其正殿聞名,正殿設有一個木造舞台,從山坡延伸出13米,可俯瞰城市及周圍的樹木。寺院範圍內亦包括供奉愛情的Jishu Shrine,以及Otowa Waterfall,遊客可在該處飲用三道水流,據信每道水流各有不同的功效。

前往方法 — From JR Kyoto Station, City Bus No.206 or No.100: get off at Gojozaka stop and walk east 10 minutes.
- There are only two routes to the temple ground: one from the Nio-mon Gate on top of the Kiyomizu-zaka hill, the other from the emergency road entrance on top of the Chawan-zaka hill.
- Kiyomizu-dera Temple does not have a parking lot on its grounds.
