Yagiri no Watashi (Ferry) 矢切の渡し

The Yagiri ferry crossing on the Edo River was established during the shogunate period. It originally transported farmers from what is now Katsushika Ward to fields on the river's eastern side. Today, the ferry is a preserved heritage site and a side trip from Shibamata.
