Suginami Children's Traffic Park 杉並児童交通公園

Suginami Children's Traffic Park is a free park in Tokyo where children can learn about traffic rules. The park has roadways with traffic lights and signs, and visitors can rent bicycles or pedal go-karts. It also features a D51-254 steam locomotive on display, which was moved there in 1974.
