Monzen-Nakacho 門前仲町

Monzen-nakacho is a Tokyo neighborhood in Koto Ward, east of the Sumida River. It developed around two religious sites, Tomioka Hachimangu shrine and Fukagawa Fudo-do temple, which are still central to the area. The neighborhood is known for its many izakayas and standing bars.
