Kasai Marine Park is a brackish wetland in Tokyo Bay, created in 1976 to restore natural ecosystems lost to development. The park features human-made beaches, Nishi Nagisa and Higashi Nagisa, with the latter serving as a National Wildlife Protection Area. Approximately 126 bird species have been observed there, including wintering greater scaup and great crested grebe.
