Great Kanto Earthquake Memorial Museum 東京都復興記念館

The Great Kanto Earthquake Museum in Tokyo is dedicated to the victims of the 1923 Great Kanto Earthquake. The museum features exhibits with large photos showing the devastation of Tokyo, as well as objects damaged by fire, such as a burned English-language typewriter. The museum is located in Yokoamicho Park, which was a safe haven during the earthquake and subsequent fires, though many people died there.
