Yasui Shrine 安居神社

Yasui Shrine, an ancient shrine in Osaka, was built by villagers in 942. It enshrines the spirit of Sugawara no Michizane, who stopped there in 901. The shrine grounds also contain a monument to Sanada Yukimura, who died in battle during the Summer Siege of Osaka.
