Togan-ji Temple (Nagoya Daibutsu Green Buddha) 桃巌寺(名古屋大仏)

Tōgan-ji Temple was established in the early 1500s by Oda Nobuyuki to honor his father, Oda Nobuhide. The temple relocated to its current site in Chikusa Ward in 1714. It features a 10-meter green Buddha statue, commissioned in the 1980s and painted green in 2006.
