Kawahara Shrine 川原神社

Kawahara Shrine is a Shinto shrine in Nagoya, Japan. Farmers built the shrine around 1030 CE to honor a sacred spring. The shrine is devoted to the goddesses Izanami and Mizuhanome, and also to the serpent deity Ugajin.
