Mount Shosha Engyo-ji Temple 書写山圓教寺

Engyōji is a Buddhist temple in Himeji with a history spanning a thousand years. It is located on top of Mt. Shosha and was founded by Shoku Shonin. The temple features Mani-den Hall, built in the kakezukuri architectural style, and Mitsu no Do, a group of three buildings designated as important cultural properties.
